I've been a vegetarian since I was fifteen years old and I think I've made the right choice. First of all, I feel healthier now than when I ate meat. I am not bothered by colds or flu any longer and my asthma and allergies are completely gone. Secondly, I am sure that a meat diet can harm our environment and that factory farms are barbaric and cruel. Each one fo us that reduces the use of animals in his or her life is performing an act of life saving.

Eu sou vegetariano desde os quinze e acho que fiz a escolha certa. Primeiro de tudo, sinto-me mais saudável do que quando comia carne. Não me sinto mais incomodado pelas constipações ou pela gripe e a minha asma e alergias desapareceram completamente. Em segundo lugar defendo que uma dieta de carne pode prejudicar o nosso ambiente e que os aviários são bárbaros e cruéis. Cada pessoa que reduz o uso de animais na sua vida está a desempenhar um acto de salvamento da vida.

João is my best friend. We hang out together all the time. We are not only in the same class but we also spend much of the time together. João is a great friend.
